<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking method on a mold for engraving an identification mark on the mold, and a casting line therefor. SOLUTION: The mold 1 which contains the material absorbing laser beam L, is used and the identification mark is engraved on the mold by irradiating a prescribed surface of the mold with the laser beam L. The casting line is provided with a laser beam marking device 2 for individually engraving the identification mark for identificating among the cores on each core 1 by irradiating the core 1 with the laser beam, a molten metal supplying device for executing the casting by supplying the molten metal into a forming cavity in a master mold setting the core 1 engraving the identification mark, a storage means for storing the identification mark of the core 7 and the casting condition to each master mold setting the core 1 engraving this identification mark, an identification number inputting means for inputting the identification mark of each core into the storage means, and a casting condition inputting means for inputting the casting condition to each master mold setting each core engraving the identification mark into the storage means.</p> |
