摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supplying device with high reliability against an abnormal condition in an electric power source line by arranging independent short circuit sensors in a plurality of sections of the power source line and determining an abnormal condition generated section in occurrence of an abnormal short circuit or defective connector fitting. SOLUTION: To electric source lines 12A-12H arranged in the loop form from a battery 3, modules FIM 5, BCM 14, and RIM 29 are connected, and via the respective modules, electric power is supplied to each load. For transferring data between the respective modules, a multiplex communication line 30 is connected between the respective module communication circuits 140 and the like. For example, the BCM module 14 cuts off one end of a power source line section 12F when a short circuit detecting circuit 230 detects an abnormal short circuit in the power source line 12F. A control circuit 270 transmits a signal specifying a power source line section, in which an abnormal short circuit is caused, to another module through the multiplex communication line 30 via the communication circuit 240. A predetermined module RIM 20 receiving this signal cuts off the electric power source line 12E, and afterward, electric power is supplied from the power source lines 12A-12D.</p>
