<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile door which enable easy installing works of wire harnesses for an automobile door and also such wire harnesses and establish a method for manufacturing them. SOLUTION: This automobile door is equipped with an outer panel 15 to be attached to the car body swingably, an inner panel 12 attached to the car interior surface of the outer panel 15, and door harnesses 5 fixed to the inner panel 12 and generating wirings for parts mounted on the door 1. The inner panel 12 is provided with a groove to admit fitting of the door harness 5 firmly. The door constitutes a door module of such a structure that the parts and door harness 5 are installed on the inner panel 12 to generate a single piece construction, and the door harness 5 is inserted into a grommet 5g consolidated with the inner panel 12, and assembling is made by connecting a connector installed on the outside of the grommet 5g with the body side harness.</p> |
