PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape bonding machine capable of avoiding the use of a long rope, facilitating the setting work, and improving the safety and workability. SOLUTION: This adhesive tape bonding machine has a tape bonding machine main body 1 in which two side plates which are L-shaped when viewed from a side are combined in parallel through an upper connection member 6, lower connection members 7, 17, and an intermediate connection member. A roll central shaft 3 of an adhesive tape or a sheet 2 is supported between two side plates in a central part of the main body 1. Moreover, a roller 4 consisting of an elastic body is attached to an L-shaped top part facing a wall face W of the main body 1, upper parts on both sides of the main body 1 are hung by a winding rope 11, a pulling rope 14 is attached to the lower connection member 7 of the main body 1, and tension is given by this rope 14 to obtain a pressing force on the wall face W.
