PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a combustor to be moved by another remote controller even if a remote controller where the same ID number as the combustor is registered in advance is lost. SOLUTION: A common master number '00' is registered for a plurality of hot water suppliers 1, and a master remote controller 3 having this master number is provided with an ID number operation means 6 which is operated to update and register the remote controller ID number of a combustor. When a user loses a remote controller where the same ID as the remote controller ID number '78' registered in advance in the remote controller ID number register 8 of the hot water supplier 1, the user enables the communication by radio signals between another remote controller 4b and the hot water supplier 1 by updating the remote controller ID number of the remote controller ID number register 8 of the hot water supplier 1 to another ID number '80' and registering it.
