PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent flow-out of a grill fire by forming a grill frame in a case having an exit/entrance of a material to be heated, a heating chamber and a combustion exhaust passage, and providing a cover for closing the exhaust passage by sensing a temperature rise at the passage of the grill case. SOLUTION: A grill 4 of the gas cooking equipment 1 is formed at a grill case 8 having an exit/entrance 6 of a material 3 to be heated and to be opened/ closed by a grill door 5 and a combustion exhaust passage 7, and a grill burner 9 is arranged in the case 8, and a heating chamber 10 is formed under the burner 9. Further, a cover 15 for closing the passage 7 by sensing a temperature rise at the time of raising a predetermined set temperature of the passage 7 is mounted at the passage 7. Thus, even if the material 3 in the grill 4 or oil is ignited to increase a fire, there is no fear of projecting a flame from out of its equipment, a fault can be reduced, and a cleaning is facilitated.
