PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in rigidity and impact resistance together with heat resistance and processability, and comprising an aromatic polycarbonate resin and a polyolefin resin. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic composition comprises 5-95 pts.wt. of (A) an aromatic polycarbonate resin, (B) 0-40 pts.wt. of (B) a styrene-based resin, 5-95 pts.wt. of (C) a polyolefin resin and 3-40 pts.wt. of (D) a partly hydrogen added alkenyl aromatic compound-conjugate diene block copolymer based on 100 pts.wt. of the sum total of the ingredients A, B and C.
