PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid composition for oral use having suppressed generation of precipitates in a long preservation, good in the survival rate of dextranase after a long term storage, and excellent in stability with time and product appearance. SOLUTION: This composition containing a dextranase is characterized in that a liquid composition for oral use free from an abrasive is compounded with one or two or more kinds of water-soluble polymer substances selected from alkali metal salts of carboxymethylcellulose, kappa-carrageenan, iota- carrageenan and hydroxyethylcellulose having an etherification degree of one or less and a polymerization degree of 700 or less, and at the same time it is compounded with one or two or more kinds of compounds selected from amino acids or their salts.
