PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tool holder which can feed the cutting oil hot only to a drill, but also to an end mill. SOLUTION: A cutter holder 4 to allow to connect and disconnect a drill or an end mill 50 selectively is provided, and a cutting oil feeding means is provided to this tool holder. On the inner peripheral surface 5 of the cutter holder 4, a cutting oil relaying groove 6 of a ring form recess is formed. While a spiral form of cutting oil passage 7 is formed on the inner peripheral surface 5 and at the side inner than the relaying groove 6, the outer side of the interchange groove 6 is made in a cylindrical part with the diameter same as the inner peripheral surface 5. The end mill 50 is fixed to the holder 4 to make its connecting part 53 coinside to the relaying groove 6, and the cutting oil fed from a feeding hole 10 is blown out along a cutting edge 52 from the relaying groove 6.
