PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an unmanned operation for a long time by preparing plural shelves housing a base stock and a product in the upper part of both a one-sheet of base stock carrying-in device and a product accumulating device and preparing many shelves in a small space. SOLUTION: In this device, a one-sheet of base stock carrying-in device 33 which carries a base stock WA into a turret punch press 1 and a product accumulating device 35 which carries away and accumulates a product WB worked with the turret punch press 1 are provided in parallel adjacent to one side of the turret punch press 1, a multistage base stock housing shelf 37 housing the base stock WA is provided in the upper part of the one-sheet of base stock carrying-in device 33, and a multistage product housing shelf 39 housing the product WB is provided in the upper part of the product accumulating device 35. Thus, an unmanned operation becomes possible for a long time by preparing many shelves in a small space.
