PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten assembling time by being easily assembled even by anyone without too much worrying parallelism and moreover without necessitating a special technique when an upper die is assembled. SOLUTION: This cutting device is provided with a die 60 to which an upper die 58 and a lower die 56 are slidably attached in the relatively approaching direction and in the relatively separating direction by being guided with two supporters 52, 54. In such a case, when the height of one supporter 52 of two supporters 52, 54 is expressed by H1 and the outside diameter of the same is expressed by (d) and the height of the other supporter 54 is expressed by H2, H1-H2>d/2 is set. H1-H2>d is preferably set.
