PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko ball pay-out device for utilizing a ball pressure and using a small-sized solenoid. SOLUTION: In this pay-out device 31, the solenoid 48 for ball stoppage is disposed on the upstream side of a pachinko ball supply gutter 47 for guiding pachinko balls in one column, the solenoid 49 for discharge is disposed on a downstream side, succeeding pachinko balls are stopped by operating the solenoid 48 for the ball stoppage and the pachinko balls below the solenoid 48 for the ball stoppage are discharged by operating the solenoid 49 for the discharge. In this case, the solenoid 48 for the ball stoppage is positioned oppositely to the ball pressure and disposed on the side part of the pachinko ball supply gutter 47, the solinoide 49 for the discharge is positioned in the same direction as the ball pressure and the ball pressure direction of the pachinko ball and the degaussing direction of the solenoid are the same as each other.
