PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely attach a cover sheet which covers the outside of a treatment roller, and also, prevent a positional slip from occurring during a usage. SOLUTION: On the edge part of a cover sheet 6, a spring ring 7 one part of which is missed is fitted, and the spring ring 7 is elastically brought into contact with an engaging groove 13 which is formed of an attaching flange being provided at a corresponding part of a supporting arm 10. Also, the missing part of the spring ring 7 is engaged with a supporting stay 12 which is installed at a lower part of the supporting arm 10, and is pinched and fixed between the supporting stay 12 and a holding plate 9.
