PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tapping feeling without a pain by equipping a waveform varying means varying the waveform of a pulse to be outputted and linked with the intensity set by an intensity setting means in a device executing low frequency therapy by energizing a high voltage pulse to a human body through electrodes stuck to the human body. SOLUTION: According to the state of signals d1 to d5 from a microcomputer 24, transistors Tr1 to Tr5 are turned on/off to switch and select a resistance parallelly entering a boosting power source, and to adjust an applied voltage to a pair of electrodes connected to the jack 29 of an output part 27 and stuck to the affected part of the human body. In addition, Tr6 and Tr7 are successively turned on by a signal d6 outputted according to a signal inputted from an intensity dial 18 and a speed dial 10 at this time, thereby a positive pulse and a negative pulse are consecutively and alternately applied to the pair of the electrodes. When the intensity is set to be higher than some value, in order to reduce a pain at the affected part, an output part 27b changes the waveform of an output pulse voltage.
