PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the aged to wear shoes comfortably by a method wherein a motion means of a holding part which is provided on a main body part, stretches/shrinks when received an electric single, and the ankle or the instep of foot is held under a tightened state. SOLUTION: A main body part 1 in which foot is inserted is equipped with a holding part 2 to hold the ankle or the instep under a tightened state, and the holding part 2 has a plurality of motion means 3 which are constituted of, e.g. a band-form plate made of a shape memory alloy. Also, at the area corresponding with the heel of foot of the main body part 1, an electric signal transmitting means 5 is arranged, and on the bottom part of the main body part 1, a power source 7 is arranged, and at a low part of the main body 1, a switch 8 is arranged, and a transmission means 6 connects the electric signal transmitting means 5 and the motion means 3 which are connected to a receiving part 4. When the switch 8 is kicked by foot, a circuit is closed, and a signal of the electric signal transmitting means 5 is transmitted to the motion means 3, and the stored shape of the shape memory alloy is changed in such a manner that the holding part 2 is placed under a state being away from the main body part 1 under a normal temperature state, and the holding part 2 is joined to the main body part 1 by shrinking when the temperature rises from the normal temperature, and the putting-on/taking-off of the shoes can be easily performed, and the aged the like can wear the shoes.
