A new method for the production of soft and bulky sheets through joining an adhesive substance and dry fibres on an original (damp) sheet moving on a surface under a vacuum with an increase of the drying capacity of the originally produced (damp) sheet at a percentage equal to the ratio of the added dry fibres to the (damp) fibres of the original sheet. Items produced by the above method and installation of the above product.
