<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously wash a conduit disposed horizontally or slantly and contaminated with a component in the liq. transported just before with a washing liq. over both internal and external surfaces by constituting a conduit washing part with a blind hole or a pipe having a bottom and a depth deeper than the length of an outside part of the conduit. SOLUTION: One end of the contaminated conduit 1 is supported and moved by a motor-driving orthogonal biaxial robot 5 and inserted into a blind hole 2. The other end of the conduit 1 is connected to a valve 7 via a teflon pipe 6. Moreover, a syringe pump 8, a tank 9 for the fluid to be transported and a tank 10 for the washing fluid are connected to the valve 7. Then, when the conduit 1 is washed, the washing fluid is sucked to a pump by switching the valve 7 to the tank 10 side, then the valve 7 is switched to the conduit 1 side to discharge the washing fluid and to simultaneously wash both internal and external surfaces of the conduit 1. At this time, a waste liq. receiving vessel 4 is placed previously under a port opening of the blind hole 2.</p> |
