PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an irradiating luminous flux to irradiate a corresponding prescribed position while making it branched into plural parts and turned round, without having any mutual influence notwithstanding connection of an optical fiber. SOLUTION: In order to branch irradiating luminous flux 1 into plural parts through a branching optical system 2 and to guide and irradiate the branched luminous fluxes 1a, 1b to respective corresponding prescribed positions 4a, 4b by making them turn around an optical axis 3 along which the irradiating luminous flux 1 is incident on the branching optical system 2, an succeeding optical system 5 on the irradiating side including the branching optical system 2 is made to turn round independent of the optical system 6 on the light source side which makes the irradiating luminous flux 1 incident on the branching optical system 2 and then is irradiated.
