PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for induction-heating and hardening a drive plate good in thermal efficiency without deformation. SOLUTION: In the induction-heating and hardening of a tooth-form 4 of a drive plate in which a rim part 3 is formed on the outer diameter part of a wheel part 2 of a round steel plate and the tooth-form 4 is formed at the rim part 3, a front pressing plate 11 and a back pressing plate 21 are fastened with a fastening bolt 41 to press-restrict the circumference near the base of the rim part 3 of the wheel part 2. A movable plate 31 shiftably arranged on the upper pressing plate 11 with a ring nut 51 through suspending bolts 32 is pressed and restricted near the center of the wheel part and induction-heated and hardened with a heating coil 60.
