<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which can obtain a relaxation effect by stimulating a human body. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a stimulation generating means 9 to stimulate a human body and a control means 11 to control the generation of the stimulation. The control means 11 alternately executes a stimulation generating step wherein a stimulation is applied to the human body to keep it in tension and a stimulation stopping step wherein the stimulation is stopped to keep the human body in relaxation and hence, performs a control to gradually weaken the intensity of the stimulation. Immediately after the starting of the operation and immediately before the ending of the operation, the stimulation stopping step is executed.</p> |
