<p>Production of vegetable milks Method comprises production of vegetable milks of fruits like almonds, hazelnuts, cocoa nuts, the fruits are first ground or grated and the powder produced mixed with water to obtain an emulsion, the emulsion is mixed with between 3-12 grammes of alginate per litre of emulsion, and then the mixture is heated to ensure conservation. The milks are used in production of creams, ices and drinks.</p> |
