PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating layer with a thickness above a standard only in the joint boundary part so as to prevent a stitch from spreading when an air bag is expansive developed by weaving a thicker weaving yarn parallelly substantially in the vicinity of the joint boundary part in a double webbing part and a single webbing part. SOLUTION: In the vicinity of a joint boundary part 10 between a double webbing part 8 and a single webbing part 9, a relatively thick weaving yarn 11 is woven, so that bank type swelling parts 12 are formed along the weaving line. By means of the bank type swelling parts 12 formed in a pair, valley type well parts 13 are formed while putting the boundary part 10 between them. Using a doctor knife set for a predetermined reference film thickness, an unhardened elastomer material coating is applied, so that a coating layer 15 with a thickness above a standard is formed in the well part 13 according to the depth of the valley. In this way, only the coating in the joint boundary part 10 is selectively reinforced, so that a stitch of the coating layer 15 can be prevented from spreading when a double webbing air bag is inflated and developed.
