PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lure and a float, not requiring a molding apparatus and a mold and allowing a cost to be reduced. SOLUTION: An ultraviolet-hardenable resin vessel 3 is inserted into a mold 1, and an ultraviolet-hardenable resin 2 is cast therein. Ultraviolet rays are irradiated thereon from 360 deg. directions by an ultraviolet-irradiating tool 4 to harden the ultraviolet-hardenable resin. The hardened ultraviolet-hardenable resin lure 5 has no smell, heat stability, durability, solidity, grace of finishing, and antimicrobial activities with low environmental pollution, and largely contributes to a global environmental theme.
