PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and efficiently perform greasing work for a swing lever. SOLUTION: A first grease piping 36 for greasing the fitting part with the supporting bracket 7A of a tower boom, and a second grease piping 44 for greasing the fitting part with a first pendant rope 21 are provided on a swing lever 32, and a greasing block 40, as the grease port for the respective grease pipings 36 and 44, is provided in the vicinity of the bracket 34C of a second frame body 34 grounded on the ground surface G at the time of greasing work. Consequently greasing, to the fitting part between the lever 32 and the bracket 7A, is made through the piping 36, and also to the fitting part between the lever 32 and the rope 21 can be made respectively through the piping 44, and these of greasing work can be safely and efficiently made by ground work.
