PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out residual tickets by providing a key block which pushes a slider in and has a rack rotating a gear. SOLUTION: A stopper for a ticket sheet storage box 3 is connected to a gear 10 via a shaft hole in a base 13 and rotated synchronous with the rotation of the gear 10. A slider 11 is so constituted as to be pushed out from the rotation center of a stopper 9 by a spring 12, block the rotation of the stopper 9, and prevent the ticket sheet 1 from taken out from the ticket sheet storage box 3. A key block is installed in the ticket sheet storage part, and when the ticket sheet storage box 3 is started to be installed, the tip of the key block pushes in the slider 11 further than the rotation center of the stopper 9. The rack part of the key block is engaged with the gear 10 so as to rotate the stopper 9 and a ticket paper 1 can be fed out from the ticket paper storage box 3. When the ticket paper storage box 3 is detached from/attached to the ticket paper storage, it is so constituted that the stopper 9 is fastened and the ticket paper 1 is prevented from being taken out from the ticket paper storage box 3.
