PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag in which a small bag having medicine stored therein is prevented from being discharged out together with its content when the gag is opened. SOLUTION: A pocket section 3 is formed inside a bag 5. The pocket section 3 has an aeration characteristic and at the same time some items to be stored in it can not be taken out. The bag 5 is constructed such that first sheet materials 6a, 6b are adhered into a bag-form. The pocket section 3 is constructed such that a second sheet material 7 having an aeration characteristic is adhered to the inner surface of the first sheet material 6a.
