PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adopt a structure for screwing and coupling a sensor to a cover and to enhance the assembling property of the sensor. SOLUTION: A screw 49 passed through a flange portion 42 provided at a sensor 4a is threaded into an internal thread 39 formed on the inner peripheral surface of a cylinder part 38 provided at a cover 18a, and the screw 29 is tightened. The cylinder part 38 is formed by hot drilling and the internal thread 39 is tapped thereon. During threading of the screw 49, other members do not need to be held down and hence the assembling property of the sensor can be enhanced.
