SOLUTION: This device is furnished with a side fence provided free to move so as to make contact with a side edge of recording paper along s paper feeding direction, a rear end support member 7 provided free to move so as to make contact with a rear end of the recording paper in the paper feeding direction, a first transmitted member interlocked in correspondence with moving quantity of the side fence 5, a second transmitted member interlocked in accordance with moving quantity of the support member 7 and a detection means to detect these first and second transmitted members and detects size in the cross and longitudinal directions of the recording paper placed on a hand inserting tray 3.</p> |
