<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treatment of a composite material waste wherein shortening a treating time and treatment of a carbonized material after gasification can be simultaneously carried out. SOLUTION: For a method for treatment continuously a composite material waste 4 in an existent appearance as it is with a gasification combustion furnace 1, a residual plastic melt 6 of the previous treatment is burned by gasification in a gasification combustion room 3 disposed below the furnace 3, the composite material waste 4 is conveyed above 2 the furnace 1 held at a high temperature by combustion flue gas heat, and a combustible material of the composite material waste 4 is burned by gasification by the combustion flue gas heat at a high temperature. Besides, the plastics 6 are allowed to drop by melting into the combustion room 3, metals are recovered from above 2 the furnace 1, and the following waste is disposed. Recovery of the metals from the furnace 1 is performed irrespective of a treatment time of the plastics in the combustion room 3. Conveyance of the composite material waste into the furnace 1 can be performed by arranging a singular or a plural number of pieces horizontally or vertically and allowing to go sideways, and the combustion furnace 3 may be replaced by a fluidized bed incinerator 10.</p> |
