<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress impact sound generated when an operation is completed by improving the way for feeding a power supply to an electromagnetic equipment such as an electromagnetic clutch and an electromagnetic brake, enhance responsiveness when an operation is started, and permit an energy saving operation. SOLUTION: What the coil 31 of an electromagnetic clutch is to be energized, voltage 2 to 4 times as high as the rated voltage of loading is applied for the definite period of time when a power supply feeding is started so as to allow responsiveness to be thereby enhanced. In succession, at the normal time, voltage is dropped down to the rated voltage or lower so as to allow energy saving to be offered. After the coil 31 is deenergized, a power supply feeding is carried out again for the definite period of time so as to be against the resilient force of a spring, so that impact sound is thereby suppressed.</p> |
