<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing agent composition useful for producing a cement molded article using wastes, such as garbage incinerated ashes, paper-making sludge incinerated ashes and concrete crushed wastes, and to provide a method for producing the cement molded article using the curing agent composition. SOLUTION: This curing agent composition useful for producing a cement molded article using wastes comprises 4.0-13.0 wt.% of sodium carbonate, 5.0-10.6 wt.% of potassium carbonate, 5.2-11.2 wt.% of sodium chloride, 1.1-4.1 wt.% of ammonium chloride, 0.1-1.5 wt.% of cobalt chloride, 0.4-8.6 wt.% of a concrete superplasticizer containing a polyalkylarylsulfonate as a main component, and 51.0-84.2 wt.% of water. The method for producing the cement molded article comprises kneading the curing agent composition and the wastes, such as garbage incinerated ashes, paper-making sludge incinerated ashes and concrete cracked wastes, with a cement, subsequently allowing the kneaded mixture to be shaped and aged to form the cement molded article. The cement molded article neither elutes nor effuses secondary environmental pollution-inducing substances contained in the wastes.</p> |
