PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating jig which is useable in repetition with a simple structure, and which heats a food container uniformly, and in which even when a food container is larger, any portion thereof is prevented from being overheated. SOLUTION: The present heating jig 1 comprises a bottom portion 2 and a side wall portion 3, and includes a microwave shielding jig body 1a fitted to a food container. There are further provided annular microwave transmission holes 4, 5 opened in a bottom of the jig body 1, and a microwave transmittable fixing member for covering the microwave transmission holes 4, 5 and fixing the microwave transmission holes to an annular state.
