PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an insertion and fitting of a vibration isolating rubber with a shaft and prevent to fall out it from the shaft by making a bigger inner diameter of a fitting aperture than an outer diameter of the shaft by projecting a bead of which an inner diameter of a circle tying tip ends is smaller than the outer diameter of the shaft in an axial inner periphery surface direction of the fitting aperture at a required interval. SOLUTION: A bracket 2 is vibration-isolatingly mounted to a chassis frame 1 through a vibration isolating rubber 4. In the structure, a fitting aperture 4a of a vibration isolation rubber 4 clamping the bracket 2 is inserted to a collar 5 fitted with a shaft 8 to abut a washer thereto and is fastened by a nut. So, an inner diameter D2 of the fitting aperture 4a provided on a vibration isolating rubber 4 is bigger than an outer diameter D1 of the shaft 8 and beads 6 of which an inner diameter D3 of a circle connecting tip ends is smaller than the outer diameter D1 of the shaft is projected at a required interval in an axial inner periphery surface direction of the fitting aperture 4a, namely, the structure has a relationship of D2>D1>D3. Thereby, an inserting of the vibration proof rubber to the shaft 8 is facilitated and the beads 6 are pressure-contacted with the shaft 8 and falling out of the vibration isolating rubber 4 can be prevented.
