PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flooring material as a substitute for flooring materials containing a polyvinyl chloride as a main component which might cause a bad effect to the environments on being wasted and burnt, also having a suitable tenacity and flexibility to be equipped as the flooring material, at a low cost and capable of using a production facility equivalent to a vinyl chloride resin facility having a high production capability. SOLUTION: This flooring material consists of (A) an acrylic polymer fine particles, (B) a plasticizer and (C) a filler. The acrylic polymer fine particles have a core-shell structure consisting of a core part in which (A) the acrylic polymer fine particles has a miscibility with (B) the plasticizer and a shell part in which the fine particles have an immiscibility. Also, the blending amounts of (A) the acrylic polymer fine particles to (B) the plasticizer and (C) the filler is (A)/(B)/(C)=100/(50-300)/(50-800) in weight ratio.
