PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To blow cold air from a position desired by an operator by improving the mounting structure of the cold air duct of an air-conditioning unit and to facilitate assembly while reducing costs. SOLUTION: In the cold-air duct mounting structure of an air-conditioning unit, the air-conditioning unit 3 is placed on the ceiling portion 2A of a head guard 2 and the end of a cold-air duct 4 attached to the air-conditioning unit 3 is passed through the cut portion 28 of the head guard 2 and directed from the lower surface of the ceiling portion 2A to a driver's seat to use it as the air outlet of a spot air conditioner.
