PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clamp a material in a desired position even when a bank height is changed, by forming a clamp capable of opening/closing in both side parts, also having an open/close switching mechanism controlling the clamp opened/ closed by detecting pressing of a bottom plate arranged at a lower end between the clamps, and providing the bottom plate position adjustably in a vertical direction. SOLUTION: A pair of clamps 4 are mounted on an arm 3. A tip end part of the arm 3 is connected to a hanger 7 through a crank 5 and an open/close switching mechanism, the clamp 4 can be opened/closed according as the hanger 7 is lifted. The open/close switching mechanism controls opening/closing of the clamp 4 by detecting pressing by a bottom plate 8 mounted at a lower end part. The bottom plate 8 can be fixed by adjusting to a desired position in a vertical direction by a positioning mechanism. In this hoisting accessory 1, since the clamp 4 is lowered down to a desired position by abutting the bottom plate 8 on an upper surface of a bank when the clamp 4 is lowered down to be fully opened, here the bottom plate 8 is positioned. In this way, a desired clamp position can be maintained even when a height of the conveying bank is changed.
