PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail lubricating device which can supply lubricating oil in a short time and at high efficiency. SOLUTION: A plurality of oil-keeping sheet members are arranged in layers in a main unit case 7, an oil reservoir space 33 is formed between an upper surface in the uppermost part of these oil keeping sheet members and an upper peripheral edge of the main unit case 7, after a prescribed amount of lubricating oil is supplied to this oil reservoir space 33 by opening a cover unit 9 when lubricating oil is supplied, even by ending work by closing the cover unit 9, thereafter the lubricating oil is advanced to infiltrate in the downward oil keeping sheet members 8.
