PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place a tilt-angle-detecting rotary displacement sensor in a position that is as far apart from the bottom part of a tilt cylinder as possible and to increase degrees of freedom of its mounting position. SOLUTION: A rotary potentiometer 17 is fixed in a predetermined position above a tilt cylinder 7 and behind a front protector 14 and a lever 20 is integrally rotatably connected to the input shaft thereof. A seat 22 is horizontally protrusively secured to the cylinder tube 7b of the tilt cylinder 7 by welding and a ball joint 21b is screwed into the seat 22. The cylinder tube 7b and the lever 20 are connected together via a rod 23 secured to the ball joints 21a, 21b at each end. The rod 23 extends in a direction crossing the tilt cylinder 7 and is placed in such a way as to become almost parallel to the front protector 14 woven a mast is placed in a vertical position.
