PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control leveling for meeting the attitude change of a boom, moreover for automatically correcting the tilt of a working table due to the boom flexture. SOLUTION: A tilt angle detecting means 11, for detecting a tilt angle from the horizontal level of a working table, is fitted to a leveling controlling means 7, to input the detected value of the detecting means 11 into a control signal output part 10. The output part 10 corrects the detected value of a boom attitude detecting means 8 or of an oscillation angle detecting means 9, by the detected value of the detecting means 11 in operating and calculating a control signal, to operate and output the control signal for maintaining the ground attitude of the working table constant in a horizontal condition regardless of the attitude change of a boom.
