PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the attaching structure of a carrying in-out section, and to prevent the insertion of a finger into a carrying process side in a state having no possibility to damage an article in the case where the article is put in and out from the outside to the carrying in-out section. SOLUTION: This automatic storage equipment is provided with a storage shelf equipped with a storage section for placedly receiving a plurality of articles A; a carrying in-out section F for placing the article so as to be freely taken in and out from the outside; and a carrying means for carrying the article so as to deliver it between the storage shelf and the carrying in-out section according to a carrying in-out command, and the carrying in-out section is provided so that an article taking in-out side from the outside and an article delivery side of the carrying means may be mutually opposite, and a delivery port door 11a to open and close an article delivery port 11 with the carrying means is provided on the article delivery side of the carrying in-out section.
