PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label sticking device for changing the label sticking forms such as the label sticking position and the sticking direction for respective kinds of trays, and also provide a metering and value-setting device with a label sticking function. SOLUTION: Label sticking conditions for fixing the label sticking forms for respective kinds of trays are stored by a RAM 38 as a storage means. Kinds of trays on which commodities are stored are discriminated by a CPU 36 as a tray kind discrimination means. Label sticking conditions are read out of the RAM 38 as the storage means by the CPU 36 as a read means based on the kinds of trays discriminated by the tray kind discrimination means. The sticking of labels on the commodities is controlled by a suction section driving section 43 as a label sticking control means based on the label sticking conditions read out by the reading means.
