PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct water-washing works smoothly without moistening an electrical equipment, etc., installed into a cab box with water at the time of the water washing of a floor mat, and to improve the workability of the whole. SOLUTION: A floor board 11 is installed on the lower side of a cab box 8 constituting the main body of the cab 4, and a driver's seat 12 is mounted on the floor board 11 while being placed on the rear surface section 8C side. The floor mat 15 is laid on the floor board 11 while being placed on the front side of the driver's seat 12. The floor mat 15 is composed of a recessed section 16 as the leg putting place of an operator and a frame section 17, etc., surrounding the periphery of the recessed section 16. A collar section 19 projected into the recessed section 16 by constant size is formed integrally at the corner section of the vertical wall section 16B of the recessed section 16 and the frame section 17.
