PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the lightweight bank structure of a paved way, in which an execution time when the paved way is executed can be shortened and the efficiency of the execution of works improved, which has sufficient strength and in which cost required for forming a rigid foamed layer can be suppressed. SOLUTION: In the lightweight band structure of a paved way S raised by a rigid foamed layer 20 formed onto a ground 11 by the foaming and curing of a foamed-resin raw material, the rigid foamed layer 20 is composed of two or more of layers 21, 25 having different compression strength.
