PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the concrete sheet pile coping stone block capable of easily adjusting the fixing position of a coping stone block in response to the slippage of mutual height, before and behind, right and left directions of sheet piles produced at the time of placing of the concrete sheet pile. SOLUTION: The before and behind side wall face is sandwiched by a pair of clips 21 on the upper part of a concrete sheet pile 9 to set a sandwiching adjusting tool 18, and a height adjusting nut screwed on a vertical through bolt 20 of the sandwiching adjusting tool is rotated to adjust the set height of a coping stone block 10. The coping stone block is fitted on the upper part of the concrete sheet pile, the through bolt is inserted in the adjusting through hole 17 of the height adjusting tool 16 provided on the coping stone block, and the coping stone block is mounted on the upper part of the concrete sheet pile by tightening the fixing nut screwed on the through bolt.
