PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing means capable of drastically saving water by dispersing washing water over a wide area without using outside electric wiring or a dry battery. SOLUTION: Water starts flushing as a stop valve 11 is opened and velocity of the flushing water is accelerated by the passage section area being contracted at a contraction passage 13. Accelerated high speed water collides against a blade 14 and rotates it at high speed. A generator rotor connected to the blade 14 is rotated at high speed by the rotation of the blade 14 and electric power is generated by a magnetic field rotating at high speed by a magnet fitted to the generator rotor. Electric power thus generated runs through an electric circuit and actuates a motor 16 which is connected to a discharge nozzle 18 through a cam mechanism 19. The discharging angle of the discharge nozzle 18 varies by the motion of the motor 16 and the direction of the washing water is dispersed over a wide area as rotating with a certain angle. The more the accelerated water velocity is magnified and the blade 14 is rotated at high speed, the more the power is produced.
