PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin leakage preventing apparatus for giving no adverse influence to an edge shape of a resin film to be discharged from a T-die unit by effectively preventing a resin leakage at a lip of the unit. SOLUTION: A resin leakage preventing plate 5 is disposed so as to block a gap between a lower surface of a rod bar 3 of a T-die unit and a die slit and to project its part from a lower surface 10 of a lip. The plate 5 is fixed so as to be cooperatively with or independently movable from a deckle 2 and a rod bar 3. Accordingly, a distance between an end of the plate 5 and an end position of the bar 3 can be regulated without giving an adverse influence to an edge shape. The end of the plate 5 is preferably retracted 5 mm or more from the end of the bar 3 and disposed.
