PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a stable and continuous preparation of a liquid composition with superb composition accuracy by reducing the fluctuation in the amounts of raw materials fed to a mixer as caused by pulsation of a feed pump or pressure fluctuation in steps after a mixer. SOLUTION: In a continuous preparation apparatus 1 for a liquid composition which is provided with feed pumps A and B which respectively feed by pressure raw materials X and Y for a mixture, pipes 8 and 8' connected respectively to the pumps A and B to feed the materials X and Y to a mixer 5, and the mixer 5 to which the materials X and Y are fed through the pipes 8 and 8' respectively and in which the materials X and Y are mixed to make continuously a desired liquid composition, accumulators 3 and 3' and back pressure valves 4 and 4' in such a way that the accumulators 3 and 3' are disposed in upstream on pipes 8 and 8', respectively.
