PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uchiwa fan which has a plurality of functions to make it suitable for use as cheering tool. SOLUTION: A thin disc-shaped fan part 1 is mounted on a flat plate part 2b of a connector 2. A shaft part 3a with a finer diameter and a grip part 3b with a bigger diameter are formed at a cylindrical shaft handle part 3. The shaft part 3a is inserted into a cylindrical part 2a of the connector 2. The outer diameter of the shaft part 3a is so formed to be such that allows free rotation of the cylindrical part 2a. A pen part 4 is detachably mounted at one end of the shaft handle part 3. A cap is detachably mounted on the side of the tip part 3b of the pen part 4. A flute part 5 having a flute built inside is provided at the other end of the shaft handle part 3. One end of the flute part 5 is so arranged to form an inserting part 5a which is inserted into the end part of the shaft handle part 3 and a blowing part is provided at the other end thereof.
