PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coloring a fruit, improving the control of the coloring, making the coloring uniform by receiving the sun light and realizing the stable supply of the fruit having a good eat taste, and a seal used for changing the posture of the fruit. SOLUTION: This method for coloring a fruit by taking advantage of a seal for changing the posture of the fruit, is provided by attaching the fruit posture-changing seal with an adhesive and installed with a tying string 3 as in a hanging state at the colored part of a fruit 5 as a false attached state with an adhesive layer surface part 21, forcefully changing the direction of the fruit and binding the tying string to a surrounding branch, etc., for forcefully changing the posture of the fruit to make the part not yet receiving the sun light in a natural fruiting state in a direction for being exposed by the sun light so as to expose the not yet colored part of a fruit skin to the sun light for uniformly coloring the whole fruit skin.
