PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a levee builder capable of surely fastening a levee face suppressible an attaching phenomenon of soil to an outer peripheral face part of a rotating levee building body and obtainable so that a rigid levee and capable of an excellent levee building by forming a specific fastening face part in a rotatable levee building body and forming a through hole between an adjacent fastening face. SOLUTION: This levee builder is obtained by connecting a machine frame to a traveling machine body with a connecting mechanism, providing a soil banking mechanism in the machine frame, providing a levee building mechanism 12 comprising a cylindrical rotatable levee building body 13 capable of rotating levee building the levee face by subjecting to pressing rotations in a backward position of progressing direction of the soil banking mechanism, providing plural fastening face parts K in outwardly projecting from a front of a rotating direction to backward of the rotatable levee building body 13 on an outer peripheral face part of the rotatable levee building body 13 with intervals and forming individual through holes F between the adjacent fastening face parts K.
